4. Player Protection Tools

5.2 What Happens During Self-Exclusion

Once self-exclusion is activated, the following steps are taken automatically and immediately:

  • Your account is locked and you cannot log in or place any bets

  • Your account is flagged so that re-registration attempts using the same identity documents are detected and blocked
  • Any pending withdrawal requests are processed normally — self-exclusion does not affect your right to receive funds already in your balance
