1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the c7c platform, including visitors who browse the site without registering and registered players who hold an active account. Access to or use of any part of the c7c platform constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

c7c reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, c7c will post a notice on the platform and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you disagree with any change, you must cease using the platform immediately and may request account closure as described in Section 8.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with c7c's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference and form part of the complete agreement between you and c7c.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the c7c platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:

• You are at least 18 years of age. c7c operates an absolute 18+ policy with no exceptions. Individuals under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, playing, or receiving any winnings from c7c.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of a third party or corporate entity.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the platform. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of c7c is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously been self-excluded, suspended, or banned from the c7c platform or any affiliated platform.
• You are not suffering from, or being treated for, a known gambling addiction at the time of registration.

c7c does not intend for the platform to be used by individuals under 18 years of age. If you become aware of a minor accessing c7c, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental-control software to prevent minors from accessing online gaming sites.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the c7c platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different usernames, email addresses, phone numbers, device fingerprints, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension. If duplicate accounts are identified, c7c reserves the right to merge them, close the secondary accounts, and void any bonuses or winnings generated from prohibited duplicate registrations.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. You are responsible for keeping this information current. c7c may reject any withdrawal or deny any bonus claim if the registered information is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent with supporting documents presented during verification.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your c7c username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. c7c will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify c7c immediately at [email protected] and change your password immediately.

3.4 KYC and Identity Verification

c7c operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. Players may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before deposits are processed, withdrawals are approved, or bonuses are released:

• Government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account showing the registered name and number)
• Source of funds declaration where a player's transaction volumes exceed defined thresholds

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe specified by c7c may result in the temporary suspension of deposit, withdrawal, and bonus eligibility functions on your account.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

c7c accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary at any given time. c7c does not accept cryptocurrency payments.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit via mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳200. Bank transfer minimum deposits may differ and will be displayed at the cashier. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are applied on a per-method, per-day, and per-month basis. These limits are displayed in the cashier section of your c7c account and may be adjusted for verified players. c7c reserves the right to modify limits at any time with reasonable notice.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Times

c7c aims to process withdrawals to bKash and Nagad within 30 minutes on average, subject to successful KYC verification and security review. Bank transfer withdrawals to Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank are typically completed within a few business hours. Visa and Mastercard withdrawal times are subject to card-issuer processing schedules. c7c does not guarantee specific processing times and accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, to the extent technically possible, as an anti-money-laundering control measure. You may only withdraw funds to payment accounts registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted. A minimum wagering requirement may apply to deposited funds before they become eligible for withdrawal. c7c reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal.

4.5 Currency and Fees

All transactions on c7c are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). c7c does not charge a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are your sole responsibility. In the event of a chargebacks or disputed transaction, c7c reserves the right to suspend the associated account pending investigation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

c7c offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to major events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and ICC tournaments. Each individual promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the offer on the c7c platform. In the event of a conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses awarded by c7c are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived funds (and in some cases deposited funds) may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, contribution percentages, and expiry timeframe for each bonus will be clearly stated in the individual promotion terms. Attempting to withdraw before wagering requirements are met will result in the forfeiture of the bonus amount.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility and Abuse

Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. c7c reserves the right to disqualify any player from a promotion if c7c reasonably suspects:

• The player has registered multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once
• The player is engaging in bonus abuse, arbitrage, or collusion with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes
• The player has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC
• The player's betting patterns indicate exploitation of bonus terms rather than genuine recreational play

Where bonus abuse is confirmed, c7c reserves the right to void all associated winnings, cancel the bonus, and permanently close the player's account without prior notice.

6. Gameplay Rules

6.1 Game Integrity

All games available on the c7c platform are powered by certified, independently audited software providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Slot and table game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. c7c makes no modifications to the underlying game logic supplied by these providers.

6.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or software fault that results in an incorrect game outcome or an incorrectly displayed payout, c7c reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the player's account balance. No liability will be accepted for any losses, anticipated winnings, or inconvenience caused by a technical fault. The phrase "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies to all games on the c7c platform.

6.3 Disconnection During Play

c7c is not responsible for any loss of game state, potential winnings, or in-game progress resulting from an internet disconnection, device failure, or browser crash on the player's end. It is the player's responsibility to maintain a stable internet connection during gameplay. Where a server-side record of a game round exists and is recoverable, c7c will make reasonable efforts to restore the game state to its last confirmed point.

6.4 Maximum Winnings

c7c may apply a maximum single-session or single-game-round winnings cap. Where such a cap applies, it will be communicated in the specific game rules or cashier terms. Winnings that exceed the stated cap on a bonus-funded round may be reduced to the cap amount at c7c's discretion. There is no standard cap applied to real-money funded play unless explicitly stated.

6.5 Cricket Betting Rules

Sports betting markets, including all cricket betting markets covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, are governed by market-specific rules published on the betting section of the c7c platform. In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the applicable market rules at the time the market was offered. c7c reserves the right to suspend, void, or delay settlement of any market where the integrity of the event is in doubt.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the c7c platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and permanent ban without prior notice:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or impersonating another person during registration or KYC.
• Money Laundering: Using the c7c platform to deposit, cycle, or withdraw funds for purposes other than genuine recreational gaming. c7c complies with anti-money laundering best practices and will report suspicious activity where required.
• Chargeback Abuse: Filing a fraudulent chargeback with a payment provider after funds have been used for betting or have been withdrawn. c7c reserves the right to pursue legal remedies for fraudulent chargeback claims.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes, including chip-dumping in poker or matched betting on opposing sides of the same market using multiple accounts.
• Use of Bots or Automation: Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with c7c games or betting markets in a way that constitutes unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system glitches to generate winnings that would not have been generated under normal conditions.
• Underage Access: Attempting to access the platform while under 18 years of age, or facilitating underage access by sharing account credentials with a minor.
• Self-Excluded Players: Attempting to circumvent an active self-exclusion by registering a new account under a different identity.

8. Account Closure & Termination

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your c7c account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawal requests will be settled and the remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to KYC verification. 8.2 Closure by c7c

c7c reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct
• Account found to belong to a person under 18 years of age
• Account registered or accessed from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited
• Inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months with a zero or near-zero balance

8.3 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure, your access to the c7c platform will be terminated. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after all applicable checks are completed. Bonus balances and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited. c7c will retain your account data for the period required by applicable data-retention policies as described in the Privacy Policy.

8.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login, deposit, withdrawal, or betting activity for a continuous period of 12 months. c7c will notify you by email before applying a dormancy status. Dormant accounts with a positive real-money balance will retain that balance for a further period as notified, after which an administration fee may be deducted in accordance with the schedule published in the cashier section of the platform. c7c will make reasonable efforts to return any dormant-account balance before any fee is applied.
