These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the c7c platform. By registering an account or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every clause set out in this document. Please read carefully before proceeding.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the c7c platform, including visitors who browse the site without registering and registered players who hold an active account. Access to or use of any part of the c7c platform constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms.
c7c reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. 3. Account Registration
3.1 One Account Per Player

3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your c7c username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. c7c will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials. 3.4 KYC and Identity Verification

4.5 Currency and Fees
All transactions on c7c are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). c7c does not charge a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are your sole responsibility. In the event of a chargebacks or disputed transaction, c7c reserves the right to suspend the associated account pending investigation.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, contribution percentages, and expiry timeframe for each bonus will be clearly stated in the individual promotion terms. Attempting to withdraw before wagering requirements are met will result in the forfeiture of the bonus amount.
5.3 Bonus Eligibility and Abuse

6. Gameplay Rules
6.1 Game Integrity

6.4 Maximum Winnings
c7c may apply a maximum single-session or single-game-round winnings cap. Where such a cap applies, it will be communicated in the specific game rules or cashier terms. 6.5 Cricket Betting Rules

7. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the c7c platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and permanent ban without prior notice:
- Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or impersonating another person during registration or KYC.

- Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system glitches to generate winnings that would not have been generated under normal conditions.
- Underage Access: Attempting to access the platform while under 18 years of age, or facilitating underage access by sharing account credentials with a minor.
- Self-Excluded Players: Attempting to circumvent an active self-exclusion by registering a new account under a different identity.
8. Account Closure & Termination
8.1 Closure by the Player

Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawal requests will be settled and the remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to KYC verification. 8.2 Closure by c7c
c7c reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

- Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct
- Account found to belong to a person under 18 years of age

- Inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months with a zero or near-zero balance
8.3 Effect of Closure
Upon account closure, your access to the c7c platform will be terminated. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after all applicable checks are completed. 8.4 Dormant Accounts
